Alright, now I know I don't go to CFTulsa anymore but you guys know if I was there I would! Can I still log my workouts? If not send me a personal message! I did this workout in 30 minutes and the majority of the push ups were on knees. :-( However it will get better! Miss u all so much from Waseca, MN. Christina Baer
