Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps
Post total load (add up all six barbell loads) to comments.
Pictures of our first "12 days of Crossfit WOD" in 2006, in the cul-de-sac outside of Billy and Jade's house. Notice the original sand-filled basketballs(wallballs) and EZ curl-bars we sometimes had to use for overhead squats, and even the 'walker' Pat got us for dips! Its kinda fun to look back, and important to remember where we have come from. Mostly handmade equipment(thanks to Pat) and whatever else we could come up with to use for WOD's in Billy and Jade's garage. The 'good ole days', and honestly, sometimes I would like to go back to the garage. Simple days and everybody worked out for free, I wish we could still do that. Hard to believe it was 3 years ago. Join us on Thursday for our 4th Christmas Eve "12 Days of Crossfit WOD" Stephanie and I would like to especially thank all the trainers(Billy, Jade,Jerimiah, Pat, David, Susan Ha, Sean, Jason & Robin-even though they left us! as well as Craig-who also left us!) who have helped us this past year and trained for Crossfit Tulsa on their own time and own dime! Thank your trainers, they are here because they believe in the numerous benefits of Crossfit and why Crossfit Tulsa began.
Merry Christmas.

Those were fun to look at and remember where we came from in the beginning.
Every CrossFit gym in the Tulsa area began in that garage. Those were truly good times.
And before anyone can give me grief about the walker, yes I could certainly use it now. LOL
Here's to even greater things for 2010!!

Those are some great pics.
Gosh, 2006...what a year! During Christmas 2006 I was 18 years old and in the midst of my senior year in high school. I was training to get in shape for the annual high school Valentine's Day dance. Those were the days...and it makes me realize that I am really young.
Hope everyone has a great holiday. I'll see you all in the New Year.
