I am so PUMPED to do this workout. Every one of you know I can DESTROY this wod. I am still a little bit sore from totally destroying the "7,000lb" wod yesterday in 9:40.(For those of you who don't know, that is an awesome time). Lets do this!!!

Well, everyone's wittyness has left me LMAO...since I have not even attempted the Lumberjack! Old age must really be kicking in if you can't even remember a few days ago.
And I am sorry that I missed Saturday, but I was putting my CrossFit into action by competing in a volleyball tournament and 'destroying' others on the court:)
Of course, there would not be any problems if the all powerful OZ, eeerrr...POPS would just give the props when they are due. He did lay down the gauntlet on Black Friday, and until Lloyd ripped my time (great job by the way), I did pass his challenge. It won't happen every time, but when it does it should be noted...for EVERYONE & ANYONE!, not just the Daredvl Destroyer.

Jason, I agree that is seems that people are not seeing the humor in all of the postings...however so "Everyone Knows" :) I totally see thee humor and think it is hysterical. Can't help but laugh and laugh out loud. Maybe we should print new shirts that say:
CrossFit Tulsa
Where we will tease you no matter how bad-ass you are!

I would totally print that.

Susan, I give up. Just because your older, wiser, tougher, and can outrun me doesn't necessarily mean you are smarter then me...if someone could please tell me what an "actuarial school" is or does or studies, I will let you know if i will consider it or not. By the way, that other guy J???? counts by 3's so his times never count anyway.

And Doug, let me remind you I gave out "props" after Black Friday's WOD...Jade, Susan, and Lloyd ALL had faster times, but if 4th is good enough for you, then Congratulations, 4 props for you!

Also Lloyd, very nice post, and we are one in the same cause I know you have also accepted the fact that both Susan and Kymm not only run circles around you, they "Destroy" your old man times pretty much every WOD!

Yes Brandon, after being blown away at the marathon by the "London Terror" by almost a full hour I have accepted the fact that there are women out there who can destroy my times. I have heard rumor of certain shirts being released in limited numbers regarding our CF women and I would like one. Also, don't feel bad about not knowing what an actuary is. I looked up the definition and I am still not sure. I personally think the posts are hilarious and enjoy reading them and at the end of the day I would put anyone in our gym up against any of the globo gym "athletes". They would be destroyed!!!

So here's the thing, YOU guys didn't get the humor in MY last post so I'll spell it out in future. I, on the other hand LMFAO at YOUR posts (Doug even gets dominated in the laughing contest). I know that Jason is just vying for one last big group hug out of all this. (**Humor Alert**)

Actuarial school is somewhere you might consider going after gratuating with a Physics degree from Cambridge. Wait, does that not apply to all of us...I keep forgetting. (**Cue canned laughter**)

And I regularly get destroyed by my awesome co-athlethes, both fire-breathing-beeyaches and bad-ass-destroyers.
