Coniyah Michelle was born Thursday 12-17-09 at 3:59 pm.
She weighs 4 lbs 11 ozs and is 17.5 inches long. She is doing great!
Whew....3 grandchildren now, we need to start that CrossFit Kids soon :)

Brandon, I agree about Daryl's weights. However he set PRs with my guidance. Besides your weights are what I warm up with. Now have a good day and try not to break a hip "POPS"!
