I'll start calling you Coach Mom... congrats Laurie! Miss you guys.
I've been working out at CF God's Country... I mean CF Bayou City. Here's a workout that we did from yesterday:
400m run
40 Wallballs
40 SDHP using 1.5 pood KB
400m run
30 Wallballs
30 SDHP using 1.5 pood KB
400m run
20 Wallballs
20 SDHP using 1.5 pood KB
18:02
Dead Lift
5-4-3-2-1
225-265-285-335-375
The hardest part about this WOD was the strength deadlifts at the end... and my unending hangover since I've been in Houston.

Laurie, the cert I am attending is in Golden, Colorado on Jan. 16/17th. I am excited to get this under my belt and take it to the next level.

Nooner WOD
Deadlift
405(1), 425(1), 445(fail), 445(1), 405(1), 315(5)
3 rounds Max reps HSPU (approximate 2 min rest between)
19, 12, 11 All nose to small part of Abmat
I haven't had just a strength day in a long time so I figured today was as good a day as any. The deadlifts were kind of disappointing...I had hoped for a new PR but not every day is a PR day. The HSPU felt strong with only minimal use of the wall for balance.
Brian...Texas makes most of us sick and nauseous just like a hangover. It must be the stench or the abundance of Aggie fans.
