I should have jogged back after sprints instead of walking to catch my breath. All HSPU and Cleans unbroken. Also all HSPU were forehead to floor with minimal use of wall for balance.

Cindy-23 rounds at the ymca early today w/clay.
Most I've done ... think all of that running helped my cardio!
