**Let me know who plans on running Sunday Morning and what time you would prefer.**
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

To anyone interested, Runners World is doing a mock Route 66 marathon this Saturday morning. It is starting at 0730 at Veterans Park (21st and Boulder)and there will be mile markers along the way. It sounds like it will be pretty informal but will give us a chance to run the actual race route and try out any race nutrition ideas. The mock marathon will give us a chance to run a short distance or run up to 22 miles which is where their course ends. They ask to e-mail them at runnersworldtulsa@yahoo.com if you plan on attending. I have done so and plan on running at least 15 miles. I will then not do any long runs until the day of the race. For anyone who is interested I will be there Saturday morning.

That sounds fun. I think I'll do that, too. It would be nice to have the water stations ...

CF Endurance
15, 12, 10, 8
Overhead squats
c2b pull-ups
18:30
Used 75# on the first 15 and then did 65# for the rest. I kept losing my balance and dropping the bar. Too much weight.... Just did regular pull-ups not c2b.
