"Nooner WOD"
CF Football
SWOD
Power Snatch 8x2
135/145/150/150/150/150/150/155
DWOD
10 rounds
40yd sprint rest as needed
Fastest 4.87 sec (30 sec rest between each sprint)
Slowest 5.21 sec
I was pressed for time so I rushed my Power Snatches. Probably should have done 155# for all sets but with time being a factor I stayed light.

"Nooners" did the HQ WOD. We did a Warmup of 1000m row and 15 OH-Anyhow.
Brian Lloyd 4:15/155#
Evan 4:41/65#
Christy 5:06/100#
Paddy 3:57/135#
then
20 Min AMRAP
12 Power Snatches (65#)
10 Pushups
Brian 10 rounds(Started 11)75#
Christy 4 rounds + 2 Snatches 65#
Evan 5 rounds + 5 Snatches 50#
Paddy 7 rounds 75#
Brian and I used the 75# so we could dump the bar. We practiced dumping the bar from overhead. This is also a skill to learn and use to keep from getting injured. I don't care about the noise it makes...Evan.
Drop the D@mn bar!!!

Almost forgot "Jerry" from the "Bronx" came in and he completed Baseline in a very respectable time of 5:43.
We then had him do a 1/2 Cindy to feel like he worked out hard. He did 4 rounds + 5 Pullups.
Great job and it is great to have you in the gym with us. Be sure and welcome Jerry when you guys see him...since he will be driving a large plane one of these days!

Actually you don't really need to use your arms to run Doug. That just sounds like an excuse to me....
I was aiming for a 4.3 forty so I could try out for the NFL seeing how I've been doing a lot of the CF Football WODs. But with a 4.87 40 time I believe I too undersized to be an offensive lineman.

Im in for Sunday--see ya there.
And Jason no matter what your size is you will always be king of the offensive line, man.
