"Nooner" WOD
I modified a previous team wod and decided to give it a go.
25 WB sit ups (sit up then throw wall ball at 5ft mark)
400m run
25 MB cleans
400m run
25 WB over pull up bar (hit center support at 1ft over bar since no partner)
400m run
25 Overhead Walking lunges with MB
400m run
25 Burpees with jump over ball each rep
17:05 (20# MB)
400m runs and carrying the ball by yourself really sucks. There were a couple of times I broke my sets. So there is room for improvement. If somebody is willing to take the challenge?????

I will take that challenge as soon as I feel somewhat decent. Question...did you run with the ball on the 400m run?
Posted by: doug | October 28, 2009 at 02:51 PM
Yes the only time the ball should hit the ground is when your doing burpees. Well besides the touch and go while doing cleans.
BTW, I will try and make it in the tomorrow morning. So be prepared for some trash talk and competition.
