WOW Sean you got all that from the short video? You must have watched it during a sensitive moment! But i guess you could be right, I mean, I remember seeing those early videos of Tiger Woods when he was 2 or 3 swinging golf clubs with his dad hovering nearby...

Took a late lunch and came in while Brice and Christy were finishing. I did a modified CF Football WOD.

6 Clapping Push ups
8 Box jumps (24" box with 4 45# bumpers on top)

11 rounds +3 Clapping Pull ups

This was a great workout that worked explosiveness in all areas.

Run. All out effort.

1min on, 1 min off, 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on, 40 sec off, 1 min on, 30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on, 10 sec off, then go back up the ladder until you finish with 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on.

First three mins at 6.00 min / mile pace. Slowed to 7.00 min / mile by end of workout.

Nooner workout:

1000m row
Then broken up into sets:
100 pull-ups
150 push-ups
200 sit-ups

Time: ?? (stopwatch malfunction otherwise known as Bo!).

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

I did 6 pull-ups, 6 ring dips (para) 4 handstand push-ups (pike) and 8 KB swings (35 lbs)

10 rounds plus 6 dips
