100 single unders

Thanks again Jeremiah. I going to try and make a couple of your classes every week. My legs were definitely heavy that early in the morning. And Thank God Jeremiah didn't have us do 100 Double Unders. Otherwise people would think that Robin is beating me because I'm sure that I would have a million whip marks up and down my arms.

49 min? I used 45# for the overheads and 52# for the KB swings. I should have gone heavier on the OH, but I'm glad I didn't. This was a killer.
