I ended up running the Tulsa Run 2k with my 9-year old (subbing for my sick husband). It was fun and I think we made it in a stellar time of under 20 mins!
So I'm up for a long run on Sun morning. Brandon, are you still meeting 9 am?

10 mile run 1hour 29min 54sec
I ran by myself and it sucked. I stopped after each two mile mark and walked for about 15 seconds and drank some water. I then ate a gu pack at the 1hr mark. I don't know if the gu helped but the water did for sure. I was still sweating at the end so I take that as a good sign. When we did the 13.1 mile run I had stopped sweating and was feeling cold at the end. I ordered a book on exactly what to eat before, during and after the run so if anyone is interested let me know.
