16 miles tomorrow, riverside. 8.30 a.m. Let's meet turkey mountain parking lot. Red Ribbon run is tomorrow at 9 @ 31st and Riverside and would be best to avoid that area.

I wasn't dogging anyone nor am I trying to put anyone down. I just like to keep everyone on their toes...yes that includes you "TWINKLE TOES". Besides I never said that ya'll couldn't dish it right back out towards me.
Doug...I think the 866-ImaNinja sounds like one of those late night infomercials.

So it appears that there is a rumor going around, that I will neither confirm nor deny, that I hit the big 4-0 this week (and we're not talking pull-up league). Anyway, I was told I may have officially entered Cougar territory and based on this (unsubstantiated) rumor I guess all you young 'uns (or Young Gun, as Jason likes to call himself) should watch out. And at this age, young 'un would have to include the likes of Gramps - ha! (well I have to laugh or....)

Had to walk part of the run today. Knees hurt immensely. Covered 14 miles, walked from about mile 7-8.5. Ran by myself until I found Dalton near the last few miles. Could have kept going at least for a little while, but had cut the circuit short because of the pain and arrived at my car.
