Attractiveness(aka-sexiness, magnetism, appeal, confidence) from a Crossfit guy's perspective, is by no means just a "look"...it's a lifestyle, it is what a woman does to get that "look" that makes all the difference. And starving oneself to look "good" for a new outfit or a new swimsuit for vacation, or starving oneself cause you don't like what the scale says and want to lose a few pounds...just makes you "skinny", which is not "sexy" at all. Guys, don't be chicken, post your thoughts.
**If you didn't know, there is a Kettelbell Certification Sept. 19-20th at Next Generation Crossfit, its a good class if you want to learn more about proper Kettelbell techniques and exercises and a big cost saving for us local crossfitters cause no travel expenses are involved. Go to www.nextgenerationcrossfit.com and click on the link to sign up. Also I need to know who wants to be apart of Fight Gone Bad IV which is Sept 26. It is a nation wide Crossfit fundraiser that benefits the Wounded Warrior Foundation and Prostate Cancer research.**
