Hang power cleans 5 sets of 5 95#

Did not keep time on "sprints". With CF endurance I am running or swimming every day before I work out. I am not getting to hung up on the times as I am just trying to better myself. I plan on timing the runs weekly to see my improvement. These workouts are definitely slowing my times on the second WOD but like Jason said earlier, Brandon and Myself are now in the age group where we can stop and take naps if we need to during our wod so I may try that tactic. Paddy, your included too!

Incredibly adorable - that tiny baby phase - sigh! Huge congratulations to the Ha family and welcome to the world (and your Crossfit family!) little Jax. Can't wait to meet him (can I hold him if I'm not sweating?!) and have Susan back at the gym showing us how it's done!
