Taking a much needed vacation and a week off from CrossFit Tulsa I noticed a reduction in my fitness. Probably because I was also on the "See-Food Diet"...see food; eat it.

completed cffb in 20 something. i cramped up again on my right side. this is happening to me alot about 10 min into wo. frustrating

Took it easy on the sprints since the toe is still healing. Everything else felt fine although I am getting a little bit of throbbing from that toe right now. Felt good to actually workout though.
Brandon thanks for sticking around and doing the workout with me. It always helps to have someone to help motivate.
