Have I said this before...I Love this Stuff! Well, I still do. Unfortunately, I have several projects going at work right now that have shifted my schedule to working out at around 8:30 p.m. It looks like this pattern will last through mid-September.
I'll keep working out, but I will definitely miss CrossFit and the group camaraderie. Best wishes to all.

Llyod, I don't know about getting huge. But I can say that my technique and form have gotten tremendously better on olympic lifts. Don't get me wrong I like the main site WODs I did them for about 1 year straight. However I always felt that the olympic lifts did not come up often enough. So CF Football is a nice and well deserved change up to the routine. Brandon and I have talked about doing CF Endurance and we probably will in the future. Keep us informed on how it goes.
