I decided not to try 135# due to the fact that 115# was plenty heavy. I think 135# would have led to some ugly power snatches.

95# Back Squat, 30 Reps

30 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups

Ok now......now I......now I have two fingers................Arrrrghhhhhh.

About 32 seconds in. This kid ROCKS!!! He reminds me of Brian, except this kid is funny.

I did pushups instead of the burpee box jumps, I injured my knee and I can't do lower body stuff.
