no WOD's since last Wed. but I did play in 2 all night sand doubles tournaments (7pm-3:30am) Friday night and again Saturday night. 17 games of sand volleyball, A LOT of jumping in the sand and, 2 FIRST PLACE finishes. Thanks CrossfitTulsa for the fitness to play all day and all night! and even better...TO WIN!

I still didn't push it really hard on the sprints. I think 1 more week after this week and then I will start pushing closer to 100%.
And for the record "EVERYONE SHOULD READ THE BOARD" before doing their workouts. If you have questions ask them. That is what us trainers are here for. Some people didn't quite understand that they were supposed to record their times due to the fact that none of them READ THE BOARD.

I got faster each round but thats because I took it easier on the run and progressively ran faster each round to test out my knees.

My times on the crossfit foortball WOD were 1:00/1:10/1:14/1:22/1:30. Total time with rests was 11:16, which I wrote on the board, but Zuko/Cash/Vinnie/Travolta KNEW the workout was for individual round times, and REMEMBERED them!
Also, Eddie's times were 55/55/55/57/105, ending in under ten minutes.
