I started with 65lb and decided to drop down to 45lb. I'm mad at myself for doing it. If I'd stuck with 65lb it would have been my first RX'D workout ever! SLACKER...

Jason I actually think your whining and crying lasted much longer then 2 minutes each round...that will learn you, to drop a 25# plate on your foot to break a toe just so you can take a rest week...even Lloyd hasn't gone that extreme yet.

WOD called for 6 100m sprints before and after, but my knees have still not recovered from the last sprints cause I'm too old, so I ran an 800m before and after instead which is definately not as taxing on the legs.

good workout and the ball slams were a gasser, but again this would have been tougher were I able to run the sprints but at least I didn't use the excuse of a broken toe!

Six (6) 100 meter sprints (30 sec rest)
then...
18, 12, 6
Deadlifts 225 lbs
Ball Slams 40 lbs
then...
Six (6) 100 meter sprints (30 sec rest)

*Perform each sprint at maximal (100%) effort, take 30 secs rest, after last sprint perform deadlifts and ball slams as quick as possible, then peform sprints at maximal (100%) effort, 30 secs rest.

SWOD
Back Squats 3x5 135#
Press 3x5 first two sets did 55 then last set went up to 60#.

WOD 21:27
Deadlifts 135#
Ball Slams 20#

Laurie and I did the workout together, using the same weights. My time was 22:57. This was a good one! I definately feel it today! ;-)
