"Nooners" did a WOD from the "Hopper Deck" as picked by the "New Guy" Kolby.

Since this was day #4 for Christy G she did some form work on her Snatch. She started with the bar, then Training Plates and worked on form and added weight slowly. Sorry don't remember your weights. We fixed her width on the grip.
Jeff came in and did "Cindy" 7 rounds + 7 pushups. He is coming back from some shoulder issues. Remember start back slowly when coming off an injury.
Susan M. talked me into doing the Affiliate Team WOD. Since we didn't have a Team we did it as a WOD.

After watching today's videos it would appear that I would fit in at the qualifiers since screaming loudly doesn't seem to bother anyone there. I will bring in a new era of Crossfit with the pateneted Crossfit Tulsa face slap. I may not win any events but I am confident I could be the loudest there. If it helps Jason I am in.

I think Brian S could have killed that workout in the video. As for me snatch is not my strong point so I would have taken me longer, but I'm certain Brian could either beat or get really close to that time.

Too many failures. I was very disappointed with my performance on today's strength workout to say the least. Sorry for the potty mouth "POPS".
WOD
Every minute on the minute perform 2 clean and jerks for 15 minutes. Weight should be 90% of 1 rep max. 5 Burpee penalty for each attempt missed. Penalty performed in "rest" period.
185# and 1 penalty. Actually I got the weight overhead but failed to lockout with ear past arms. So I deemed it a failure and did my burpees accordingly.
Oh and Llyod if you go with me to the qualifiers next year HELL I'LL LET YOU SLAP ME IN THE FACE. Honestly I would be proud to compete with any of Crossfit Tulsa's finest (Nooners included).

used 205# had 1 failure in set 4, let the weight to far out in front of me
WOD used 170# no failures, probably should have gone a little heavier.
Lloyd I'll be their to slap the both of uns in the mouth...although, I'll probably wait until after you have done the WOD's cause you will both be tired and it will be easier for me to escape.

I used 85# and had to do a total of 25 burpees. I could get the first clean & jerk but the second one I would fail.
