This is my first time doing this work-out, and I have always avoided it, cause I thought it looked lame. While I felt like an idiot running backwards through the parking lot, the accuracy, agility, balance, and coordination challenge of running backwards on an uneven surface while fatigued from running forward was even more than I expected. While I don't think it will be one that I do frequently, it certainly won't be the last time I do it.

Good workout, for the push jerks I probably cheated a bit cause I did them behind my head and Brian H and Brian S helped me lower the bar back to behind my neck after each rep. I could get it up overhead ok, but lowering back down was the hard part, and without help it probably would have crashed down on my head.

This is the movement that tore my abdominal muscle a few months ago so I was not getting in a big hurry!
