Barbara had a time of 20:18 (38/22/22/10)
Sarah had a time of 23:38 (75/45/45/32)

Even though they didn't do the mile runs before and after, they thought it was an exhaustive workout.

Today was a grueling workout for everyone. Everyone showed great determination to hang in there and finish strong. Where else can you brag to your friends about tearing off your callouses during a workout?

*****Starting next week we will start a new type of warm up for the 6pm class. We will start to work on skills before each workout. So BE ON TIME AND PREPARED TO WORK AT 6PM.******
