Wow!!! yesterday, Jason was bring'in it to the "Cyber CrossFitters" for slacking, but I think the pot is calling the kettle black... "Cyber CrossFitters" are being called-to-the-cyber-mat by Jason, who is apparently an expert in MMK ~ mixed-martial-keyboarding! AHhahahahah!!! ;-)
love'in the banter...
I, too, am striving to be an expert "Cyber CrossFitter" and a feared MMK fighter!!!

Wow... won't this WOD be fun. Who all is going to the class today?

CrossFit Tulsa’s Kuwait Crew [Steven Thomas, Marcus Rodriguez, Rishi Goswami, and Kevin Lavallias] all had a great time doing today’s WOD, scaled as follows:
21-15-09 Triplet: 45 pound Squat Snatch (+) Chest to bar Pull-ups (“C2B-Pull-ups”)
I had the crew work on their kipping, along with the snatch. They attempted as many C2B-Pull-ups as possible, some finishing with doing singles; but others (upon muscle failure), I had them sub-in three “jumping” C2B-Pull-ups, for every single.
Because of being confined to one pull-up station and one snatch station, they had to take compulsory breaks (but much needed breaks) while waiting on each other… so they basically finished together as a team in about 20-minutes.
Great moto today!!!

I will not be at the gym today due to "Yard Work". Or for a better lack of words because I have homework and plan on riding the motorcycle. I plan on taking a few rest days to allow my body to recover so I can give max effort this coming weekend at the qualifiers. So call it what you want but yes I am lazy.
Billy somebody has to keep these guys in check. Not to take anything away from the ladies of CrossFit Tulsa, but recently they have been outperforming many of the men (including me) consistenly. So the ladies deserve a huge pat on the back and the men need a kick in the arse. So I guess I will provide the kick.
