It's Saturday and I just got home from doing 21-15-9. Whoo doggies that was fun. This is only my second time to post a comment. The first was after Filthy Fifties Day (Thirties for me). But, because I posted kinda late I want to repeat -
THANK YOU to everyone for the encouragement to a newbie. I LOVE this freaking stuff.

I had to mow my yard, I though it was going to rain. I did the 21-15-9 workout posted on the wall. 20:41, subbed stepups for boxjumps.

Yard work as rx'd. I saw Brandon also cutting his yard....he was pushing with one hand and had a beer in the other, no joke.

You guys are lame-O's. I did yard work and still made it to the gym on time. Today for me was a much needed "REST DAY" so I did not work out but I did show up to encourage others. Then went back home did more yard work and washed the bike.
Brice you are exempt since you actually worked out after the yard work. The rest of ya'll (trainers), need to put on your big boy pants and MAN UP. Because posting about yard work is not considered a CrossFit workout. You guys are now considered "Cyber CrossFitters" in my book. Haha

Wow!!! Jason is bring'in it... keyboard style! Not only are the "Cyber CrossFitters" slacking, but the pot is calling the kettle black... "Cyber CrossFitters" are being called-to-the-cyber-mat by Jason, who is apparently an expert in MMK ~ mixed-martial-keyboarding! AHhahahahah!!! ;-)
love'in the banter...
I, too, am striving to be an expert "Cyber CrossFitter" and a feared MMK fighter!!!
OohRah!!!
