Barbara and Sarah did modified of today's WOD.

Barbara did 21-15-9 SDHP (22#)/modified dips with a 500m row before each round. She finished in 15:33

Sarah did 21-18-15-12-9 of SDHP (38#)/modified dips. She finished in 16:02.

Good form by both throughout the workout. Great job girls!

Ring dips are one of the exercises that just destroy me fairly easy. By the end of the third round, they were just killing me.

Shane these classes are held by Brian and James at night. They will go over in great detail on how this feat is achieved. They also will provide charts, graphs, and lectures is you so choose. This class is known as the "PFM Class" where they also teach Double Unders, Unicorn Side straddles, and big boy back flips.

I completed the WOD. I absolutely hate SDLHP and Ring Dips are my achilles heel.

The SDLHP felt good this time as I worked hard on great form. (No T-Rex arms James :)

Maybe my Fight Gone Bad numbers will improve.

Gotta see video proof of Big Boy backflips and the "Unicorn Side Straddles"
