Daryl said hes going to do this ab workout in 7 minutes... One minute less than his usual 8 minute abs. I.... will go ahead and and say I might break the 30 minute mark on this bad boy.

Sorry Daryl, I gonna call BS on this one. Not even David Hasselhoff could do this WOD in less than 8 min. So don't hassel the Hoff. Below is a link to Daryl's idol.

Paddy - 12:14 abmat/supermans
Karin - 9:36 abmat/supermans
Angie - 14:20 abmat/supermans
Stephanie - 9:33 abmat/supermans
Donkey - 13:00 rx'd
Lance - 20:08 abmat/supermans also Lance did a 400m run to start each round
Brandon, Peaches, Cream, Sheila, and Kymm all did the WOD rx'd but did not keep time and rotated in and out to accomodate each other since there is only 1 GHD.

Congrats to Stephanie for leading the pack tonight. Job well done. And it was very good to see Billy back in town. And I will get some tights and bring them in on the next deadlift day just for you buddy.
