Skinny guys like me dont need to run. Ill just do bench, curls, and shoulder shrugs today. Maybe a french press.

And Brian S. your time does not count because a certain someone told me that you did not do your box jumps properly....LOL

I knocked out some heavy calve raises and then finished my day with a ton of dumbell wrist curls to build my forearms.
It was a good one and I am sure it was much tougher than that SEAL workout you guys did.

Yeah Sean when we finished the workout we had a 5 min pose off in front of the bathroom mirror to confirm an official winner. And the winner is "Peaches".
I just don't understand he can workout for hours and his hair never moves it always stays perfect. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he should be disqualified for cheating.

We already had this conversation with some folks we work with. He uses an industrial strength alcohol-based pipe corrosion inhibitor, called ENDURASEAL. Subsequently, his hair never moves during workouts, and its also bullet-proof.
