Daryl-255 1st FGB
Sean-325 PR
Brian S.-361 1st FGB awesome 1st time score
Lance-215
Heather-251 1st FGB
Ginger-195 1st FGB
Kymm-273 1st FGB
Karen-295 PR
Marlowe-338 smoking PR
Brian H.-300 PR by 40+reps
Zach-240
Randy-260 PR
Alexis-254 1st FGB
Sheena-200(2 rds)Great score for 1st FGB but it was also Sheena's 1st Crossfit WOD.
Pat-327 Great PR, last FGB was at the certification and Pat scored a 240! Today 87 reps higher. Awsome job.
Brice-303 PR with a bumb knee.
Brandon-363 PR by 40+. My goal today was to try and score in the range of 350, but Brian S. got 361 so Brian H. told me that was my new goal. Thanks for the push.
Everyone did a great job and pushed very hard today. I think everybody but Randy and Brice took a rest day yesterday so that may explain the number of PR's. I know for me it was the first time I have done FGB after a rest day so I know the rest helped.
So with that being said...Jason, the line has been drawn, you have been on 2 rest days so tomorrow your FGB goal is the big 400! No excuses we know you can get their.

I am very impressed with everyone's numbers. And I am very glad to see that the "Evening Crew" made an impressive showing.
However Brandon I will probably take another rest day tomorrow so I can cram some more for my test. 400 will be hard to hit but I promise I will give it my all.

Thanks for the push Brandon; I know Brice and I did not want to do this WOD but sometimes it's good to get kicked in the pants.
Also a big thank you to our counters who stayed around, Stephanie, Brian H. and James. Just in case you needed to call EMSA for us.
Whew!!! says it all.

By the way to all you <30 yr old youngsters, or even early 30 yr old youngsters...Pat is 45 YEARS OLD, and he scored a 327 on Fight Gone Bad! Not saying thats old, but...thats pretty damn old(all due respect Pat, and just kidding, kinda). How many 45 yr olds do you know that would absolutely die trying to reach a score of 200 in FGB? I'd guess probably 95% of all the 45 yr olds out there...and the other 5% are probably crossfitters!
Have you ever heard the phrase, "old man ass whooping"? Well, kudos to Pat for being the "old man" that can still whoop ass and kudos to CrossFit for making it possible.

Great job everyone on Fight Gone Bad. I wanted to come but what I thought was a pulled groin was actually an abdominal strain. The doctor said I could return Tuesday for light rowing etc. Pat, 327 is awesome!! Great Job!! I was also highly impressed with Marlowe, and my wife Ginger for finishing her 2nd Crossfit workout ever.
She was mad about her score but I told her that while 95% of Tulsa is sitting on their butts she was out doing FGB on a Sunday. I am proud of her and all the other athletes listed and with the scores I am seeing we need to look at doing a challenge with one of the other local Crossfit affiliates.
After we finish ours first of course.

I executed this FGB on Tuesday, 31 March. My overall was 311, but I'm gonna hafta DQ it (with respect to a real time) on the grounds that there was anywhere from a 10-second to a 20-second "transition" as a mulligan on my time between stations… so my next goal is to break 311 without any “cheat time” in the transition.
