Barbara, Sarah and myself did the WOD today. We all completed 4 rounds. Sarah used a green band for pull ups and did 20 each round. Barbara used a green band also and got 6 her first round and 8 the other 3 rounds. I used a blue band and did 16 all four rounds. I stopped at 18 minutes after my 4th round. Sarah and Barbara did about 1/2 the fifth row to complete their 20 minutes.

Everyone did a great job tonight. Angie did squats and situps instead of pullups since she pulled something in her arm. It was great to see Nathan back at the gym from his long work trip and he did a great job pushing through this one after being off.
