Barbara and Sarah did 25-20-15 of kb swings and ring rows with a 750m row before each round. Barbara used a 10lb kb and Sarah used a 15 lb kb. They were both surprised at how challenging the ring rows were.
I did the pregnant WOD of 5 rounds of 250m sprint row 10 pushups 10 weighted squats and 10 pullups.
I have noticed a drastic increase in the amount of shit talking that goes on in the comments section. Any particular reason why?

Honestly there has always been a fair amount of trash talking going on at 6 pm.

Well Paddy I certainly hope that he did not pull it in front of the whole class. But that definitely would explain all the groaning he does.

No, Jason he didn't pull it in front of the whole class. Does explain the groaning tho.
He stated he did it prior to coming to CFTulsa so that is why he decided to do the 15K row and not the prescribed WOD.
That and I think he was scared. LOL.

Everyone did a good job going for full range of motion (shoulder below elbow) on their dips. And I think we found Brian's kryptonite (ring dips). So for now on when he shows on the weekends we should throw in some ring dips to slow him down. This WOD was a hand ripper as well, all in all I think 4 of us ripped our hands. But everyone just taped up their hands and powered through anyway because that's how the "Evening Crew" rolls, bloddied and battered nothing slows us down.

Morning and Nooners, ya'll did very good as well those are some pretty impressive times. Lloyd, I'm impressed that you rowed 15k. My butt gets tired of that rower after 5 minutes let alone an hour.

I normally do not post anything (and this may be the only time that I ever do), but I felt compelled to do so tonight. Simply stated, the ring dips SUCKED and yes, they are my kryptonite! That was a very good analogy, Jason. However, after some "coaching" my box jumps are vastly improved.
