A few of us came in early and worked out. We tried a new workout just for the heck of it.

"Tag Team"
3 rounds for time:
(One partner holds weight overhead while the other performs work.)
400m run/500m row
20 pull ups
20 wall ball
20 push ups
20 KTE
5 HSPU

Dudes (Brian & Jason) - 37:05 45#
Chicks (Robin & Laurie) - 40:05 25#-15#/blue band pull ups

We pondered making a 10 burpee penalty for each time the weight was set down. Thank GOD that we did not. We set the weight down enough times that we would have done 1,000 burpees in penalties. This workout was very deceptive and really taxed your triceps.
