This was my first real metcon wod in a while and it was absolutely horrible, thanks Jim for timing me and the encouragement.

I did yesterdays WOD today
Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

For warm-up I shoveled my disabled neighbors ramp and driveway.

reality really sucks sometimes. I was just going off of other guys weights (who havn't taken an extended break from working out). My first rep was killer and I almost decreased the weight right away, but forced myself to keep trying it. I think if I would have rested a little longer between each set I would have been abe to at least stay with 115 the whole way. The weights seemed a lot more managable after taking time to change the weights.

Yet another thing to keep my ass motivated to not take any more "breaks" from working out.

Boy... who got on Brice's bad side to be named stupid... harsh. Ouch. :)

Kids refused to nap today, so I had to resort to working out tonight after they went to bed.
I couldn't do the HQ WOD because I'm working out in the living room and the cleans would of been kindof noisy.
I picked the WOD from Next Generation CF.

Warmup of Samson stretch, squats, pushups, situps.

Lost count so I might of done 10 extra swings.

The evening class did the rx'd WOD...but unlike the afternoon class, Jason made us do full squat cleans, but I think he was counting by 3's...or at least that is the only way I can self-justify the fact that he destoyed my time.
