Laurie, great lower position for the front squat. Everyone should take note. Heels flat, chest and head up, bar easily in the rack position, and butt back.

It was good to see new faces and they also did very well on baseline. Hope to see more of you guys. Also Marlowe and Pat have been coming for only a short period of time and are already showing great sign of improvement. Today Pat proved the he can do green band pull ups. That means there is no going back now Pat. And Marlowe has proven that she has the determination and drive to be the one of top female athletes at Crossfit Tulsa. So watch out ladies.

Sean you are right Laurie is very good at her squat cleans and front squats. But what is the deal with Eddie?..............he is always taking a break.
