Brandon ~ from your numbers it looks like you are recovering! Great showing, bro!!!
Mr. David Brice… more like Dr. David Banner (ref: 1970’s Hulk TV show): your numbers for yesterday's WOD: Amazing, Sir!
And yesterday overall ~ CrossFit Tulsa ~ great numbers, team!!! way to represent!!!
ALSO ~ I set a new PR with today's WOD... in fact, I am going to do today's workout "ALL DAY LONG" (said with my best impersonation of ‘Chip’ from ‘Napoleon Dynamite’)

Billy, way to go on your new pr! And your impersonation was pretty impressive.... :)
Posted by: Angela Childress | December 30, 2008 at 08:45 AM
That is correct Billy thanks for noticing AND, that is gonna be my standing excuse for the next several months or at least everytime I get beat in the WOD's...which is pretty much always by at least half the group, so lets just call it a 'condition.' I have a 'condition' which prevents me from being the biggest, fastest or strongest. We will call it the 'old, skinny, slow guy' condition, but that is not my fault cause I was born with this 'condition'...except maybe the old part that just kinda crept up on me.

3 Rounds
BW Back Squat x20
Run 800M
Ed (95#) 16:13
Daryl (95#) 22:48
Greg (135#) 18:19
Everyone concurred that this would be an absoulutely horrible if not impossible WOD at Body Weight.
I did 8x30:20 Intervals on the Rower.

1st workout in FOREVER!!!!
We are visiting Autumn's parents in Houston right now. We ran 1 mile then did:
Box Jumps
Squats
Push Ups
Ladder up to 10 and then ladder back down to 1
The stop watch broke, so we have no idea how long it took
Autumn used an 18 inch bucket
Ben used a 30 inch tailgate
Extremely hard, but extremely good to stop being lazy and start doing CrossFit again!

excellent work from everybody. man this is a long posting.
well 2008 has been such a terrific year. i have never thought i would meet such awesome and dedicated athletes from just one place. it has my pleasure to help everyone help reach their goals for 2008. i learned so much more from coaching at crossfit tulsa than any other place combined. i plan on being here for 2009 any way that i can.
but the year isn't over , yet. i will be at the gym at 6pm tomorrow and 6 pm New year's day. don't worry, it will be a light workout. ok, a normal person's light workout, not a craig's light day workout ^o^
