great work form everyone. three highly technique driven exercises for this wod. i am very pleased on how well everyone transffered to the warm up to the work out.
i will be out of any arm wod's, i torn a pretty good chunck out of my left hand, right in the palm from "heavy angie."
be sure to doctor up any injuries and shave down those calluses.
also, a good rule is "cold for swolls, heat on the >>>t. apply heat to pulled muscles and do not stretch the muscle. let it heal.
