Shoulder-Press (SP):
95x1/ 115x1/ 135x1/ 145x1/ 135x1
Push-Press (PP):
135x3/ 145x3/ 145x3/ 155x3/ 155x3
Push-Jerk (PJ):
155x5/ 165x5/ 165x5/ 165x4, 165x1/ 165x3, 155x2

On SP ~ after rd-3, I attempted 155#, but I had to drop it to 145#; then on rd-5, I attempted to stay at 145# for my last single-rep… but I couldn’t get it w/o turning it into a PP, so I dropped it to 135.

On PP ~ after rd-4, I attempted 165#, I completed 1-rep of it, but I dropped it down to 155 for a full 3-reps, unbroken for rd-5.

On PJ ~ I couldn’t finish rds-4&5 without breaking them up as described above: I was getting pretty tired… but now (3-hours later) I feel REALLY good the endorphins!

Back to work… Happy Monday!!!

SP 95/105/115/125/135/140/145PR
PP 115/135/145/155/165/170/175PR
PJ 140/145/150/155/155
Greg misread the board and did 7 Rounds of SP and PP so he was pretty done by PJ.

Jim
SP 65/85/105/125/135/145F/140
PP 95/115/135/145/145
PJ 95/95/95/115/125
Jim is much stronger than these numbers reflect, but with being new we were more concerned with keeping good form, which was very good today.

I started a MEBB cycle with 115# Hang Power Clean 5x5.
