I felt a pop that sent a shock wave through me from my ankle to the back of my head that gave me a new definition of posterior chain, during my 305 lift, and I never mentally recovered for the 310 lift. I'm not sure what happened, it didn't hurt, just weirded me out.
Everybody did a great job of Pushing themselves today. Sorry that there will be no class Friday morning, family stuff. Hopefully I can get up there sometime Friday, otherwise we will see you guys Monday.
