We at CrossFit Toliver completed the following workout:
800m Run
21 Box Jumps
21 Wall Balls
21 Pull ups
800m Run
15 Box Jumps
15 Wall Balls
15 Pull ups
800m Run
9 Box Jumps
9 Wall Balls
9 Pull ups
*24" Box / 20lb Med. ball

Overall great numbers by everyone. Good to meet PAT and Jamie. All of the ladies really surprised me with their weights on the bench press. Next time we will start with a higher weight though.
No 7 pmers showed so I did my workout as well.

I used 185# last time we did this workout so I kept it the same.
Jason - 12,30/9,22/7,21/6,22/5,21....39/116 185#/all butterfly kipping
Probably could have got a couple more reps on bench press but didn't want to risk it with ROBIN being responsible for pulling bar off of my chest.
