i decided to do a wod that would last longer than 20 mins, so:
"murph"
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 pull ups
1 mile run
upgrade to 'body armor" 20 lbs vest
time 40:41
yep that one hurt
previous murph was done in 31 mins: gotta get back on track with the nutrition.
