Robin and I plan on being at the gym tonight for the 6pm class since some people had to work today. For some reason Filthy Fifties sound pretty good right about now.

Afternoon Crew did a WOD from Crossfit Pierce County. They called it "Party with the Girls", we changed the name to "Brandon's Black Friday" cause I added 10 Burpees and 20 Knees to Elbows after each round to pay for all eating transgressions yesterday at Thanksgiving meals.
So the WOD:
Elizabeth-
400m run/21 squat cleans(75#/45#)/21 Ring dips...then
Angie-20Pullups/20pushups/20situps/20squats...then
Kelly-
400m run/30 box jumps/30 wallball...then
Fran-
21 thrusters(75#/45#)/21pullups...then
Helen-
400m run/21swings(52#/35#)/12pullups...then
Grace-
30 Clean and Jerks(75#/45#)
Plus after each round/girl you had to do 10 burpees and 20 knees to elbows so 60Burpees and 120 Knees to Elbows total.

Tough WOD and I'm guessing the Burpees and KTE's added at least 15 minutes to everyone's time. Next time we try this WOD we will do without those to see the difference in time.
