only had a few minutes in the gym before work so I did not get to do the pushjerks
Press (1rep)135,155,165,165,170(fail)
Push Press (3reps) 135,155,165,170,180
Not they we dont all know this, but form makes a huge difference in how well you do these. I had poor grip position on the the 165 push press and struggled. On 170 and 180 I focussed on having everything line up correctly and a good grip position. They were easy and I could of done more weight with no problem.

Greg had very good form and could have gone a little heavier.
Candi was finally starting to grasp the PJ by the end, but getting her arms and body to move in different directions was a challenge.
My Right shoulder was sore before starting and was painful by the time I picked up the bar to start PP so I decided to postpone, Hopefully I can complete on Friday.

Circus-de-le is back. For anyone who misses a week or two of CrossFit "THE WYCOFF RAGE" will punish you, when you return.

At least spell my name right Wyatt, it was good to see you and Sarah back and it wasn't that bad we only had to do the "baseline" 5 times!
Yea Wyatt insisted on a 5 rounder so we did Baseline 5 times, Sarah did it twice. It was a good one and we stayed in the 7 minute range each round. Craig and Jason I challenge you guys to break 25 minutes.
Wyatt 36:30
Brandon 36:52
Sarah-Sorry forgot your time.

Sorry Brandon I did not see your challenge before I went to the gym. I will take you up on it later.
I made up Tuesday's WOD and did today's as well.
SC 7x1 135/155/175/195/205*/205*/195
SP 5x1 135/155/165/170*/155
PP 5x3 155/175/185/195/200*
PJ 5x5 135/155/175/155/135 did x10 to work on form
* Fail
I felt like I could get 205 or more on the Squat Cleans but I need more work on my technique. I think I was bending my arms to soon and losing power. Also started to tire out doing the Push Jerks so I lightened the load and worked on form.
