Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

The afternoon crew did diferent WOD's cause we just did Muscle-up workout within the last day or two.

I didn't feel like doing anything when i got to the gym...so for whatever reason, I did both of the above instead, with a 2 minute break between WOD's

combining those was a pretty good workout and i feel much better now then if I would have done nothing at all.
