Rest Day
This was our first picture of Billy taken by Stephanie when he began to clean out his garage so we could start CrossFit Tulsa in Billy and Jade's garage. Stephanie asked him to "strike a pose", and well...as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Come by our house tonight and wish him well (as well as showing Jade our support) cause he is off to Iraq on Sunday. It is Halloween so costumes are welcome.

"Thermapole Run"
Run 1 mile
25 pullups
25 deadlift 135#
25 push-ups
25 box jumps
25 knees to elbows
25 Kb swings 52#
Run 1 mile...then repeat the above exercises and end with another 1 mile run.
So in total, you run 3 miles and do 50 reps of each exercise...kinda a juiced up "300".
