Gail and Gayla both did Filthy 50. Gail finished in 23+. Gayla did 35 instead of 50 and finished in 23:15. Great effort by both.

I did this workout for the first time today. I did it at 95lbs in 10:33.
Its amazing how when you get everything right, the weight just flies up almost effortlessly.
Snatches (no naughty comments needed) have always intimidated me and I am starting to feel more comfotable with them.
