Did shoulder workout today.
Shoulder Press 5x5
115/135/145*/140/145* *3 reps only
Push Press 5x5
145/155/165/165/175* *4 reps only
Also did warmup of 3 rounds 10 push ups, 10 pull ups, and 20 leg lifts on Roman chair.
I got in trouble for rocking the crossover cable machine too much while working on my butterfly kip. Craig I still need a lot of practice on this one before attempting to do these during workouts. Also body weight is up to 174#.
