Christy did yesterday's tabada. Her low's added up to 28. Adam did today's deadlift. He started 315 and ended at 405. Great job by both!

I did a Tabata rowing warmup. 20 secs on/10 off for 10 reps=5 minute warmup.
Then worked on dbl unders...damn dbl unders but I started to find my rhythm.
Then Brandon and I did and alt wod:
5 rounds
135 Deadlift 10 reps
Knees to Elbows (KTE's)15 reps
20" Box Jumps-20 reps
Brandon 14: and change
Paddy 18:40

Corey = "Cal Ripken Jr." came in and checked out our "friendly little gym".
Brandon and I started him off with the Warmup. It can be very humbling. I think we have another convert.
