6am had two people. Christy did yesterday's workout. She did modified HSPU, black band pull-ups, 20# kb, and finished in 25:30.
She was winded by the burpees like everyone else who did this workout. Great job though. New person, Brian, came in this morning and did Cindy. He said that he wanted the full twenty minutes of punishment. He did 12 full rounds. Great job! Especially for a first timer.

Us other "afternooners" (Shane, Wyatt, & Beth) did the same WOD as Pat and Brandon. I don't have the official times written down - but, I can say that the work-out sucked!
Susan came in this afternoon and did yesterdays workout.....she kicked its butt!! Great job everyone!! :)

The "Other-Afternooners" did a great job on the WOD. And their times:
Wyatt-21:46
Beth-25:01
Shane P.-26:41
The Evening Crew consisted of Jason, Robin and David "Cream". The guys did yesterday's WOD and Robin did some skill specific work.
Jason-15:29 WOW!!
David "Cream"-38:42
Jason did phenominal and David showed great determination and heart and showed us what the saying "Never Give Up" really means.
We were also honored by 3 members of an elite military unit. I won't go into specifics but they are true warriors and I am proud they are out there fighting for our freedoms. Thanks again guys.
