excellent execution on the "presses" warm up
I know i am a little hard and tough on making everyone execute the double unders, but in my defense i have a trend that the athletes will rather sub the singles than try and learn the double unders. so please take this wod as your practice on double unders, it is the only way, that i know, that will help all of you master thedouble under.
because how many of you athletes do your "homework"? be honest.
