Both of the below videos are from CrossFit HQ.  The 1st video is of Brendan at HQ doing Karen.  The 2nd video is an even faster/much more challenging way of doing Wallball.  Its your choice as too which one you complete today.

no 5 pm class- starting next week, sorry summer is over

kids class- last weekday for now, we will have a sunday class though

nice to see the new faces show up and mix it in with the older ones.

please note the new evening schedule, we dropped the 5pm class and the 6 pm kids class.
so there will be a M T W Th F 6pm class for adults
t and thu 6 and 7 pm class for adults
